Terms of use

Last updated: November 7, 2026

TestSpeed.app is operated by Zero Byte BD, Bangladesh. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

TestSpeed.app is a free tool for measuring your internet connection. It is provided "as is". Results depend on the server, your network and your device, and are an estimate — we don't guarantee that they are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose, including disputes with your internet provider.

Fair use

• Use the test for personal or normal business purposes.
• Don't run automated or scripted tests, overload our servers or M-Lab's, or try to disrupt the service.
• Don't scrape the site or its data, or try to get around rate limits.

We may block traffic that breaks these rules.

M-Lab

Tests on M-Lab are also subject to M-Lab's policies, and their results are published as open data. See our privacy policy.

Shared results

A share link shows the result to anyone who has it. Don't share a link if you don't want others to see the speeds, provider and approximate city it contains.

Ads and links

The site shows ads and links to other websites and apps, including our own Windows apps. We're not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
